UCLA Health -Various Capital Improvements |Infrastructure Equipment Replacement Projects

The UCLA Health is seeking up to four Executive Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineering firms to design a series of projects identified in the UCLA Health Facilities Equipment Replacement Master Plan. The projects will involve the replacement of facility infrastructure equipment in various University-owned buildings, including Acute Care, Ambulatory Care, and non-OSHPD facilities. The selected firms will provide complete design services, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, cost estimates, and construction administration. The projects will be funded between January 2026 and December 2029, and the anticipated project cost range is between $500K-$10M per individual project, with an expected total cost of $5M-$50M per fiscal year. The key responsibilities of the selected firms will include: • Providing complete design services for the replacement of facility infrastructure equipment • Conducting schematic design, design development, construction documents, and cost estimates • Assisting during the bid/award phases and construction administration • Providing record-keeping and project closeout services • Ensuring compliance with UCLA Health's policies and procedures The selection committee will base its review of the Executive MEP Engineers' submitted proposals and selection on the identified Selection Criteria.
