Description
The proposed work includes modified cold-milling (depth transitions) on selected streets in the following subdivisions: Highland House Manor, Country Club of Sugar Creek, and Cape Town Village (North). The work shall be in accordance with the provided Specifications, Job Special Provisions, and Plans. The contractor shall complete the work by December 1st, 2026. Key aspects of the job include:
• Modified cold-milling (depth transitions) on selected streets
