Description
The Haddonfield Board of Education is seeking a qualified general‑construction contractor to renovate the historic 1923 auditorium and execute interior alterations throughout Haddonfield Memorial High School. The contractor will perform demolition, new flooring, wall and trim repair, painting, new house lighting, plumbing upgrades in the costume‑room, and conversion of two classrooms into a computer classroom and a fabrication lab. Additional work includes constructing a secure vestibule with transaction window and renovating other portions of the C‑Wing. The owner will supply and install seating, specialty audio‑visual, and theatrical lighting. The project is phased with multiple substantial‑completion dates, culminating in final completion of the auditorium in late November 2026.
