Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District intends to issue a solicitation for a Move Coordinator to coordinate the seamless relocation of approximately 900 employees from the Romano Mazzoli Federal Building to 220 West Main Street in Louisville, KY. The Move Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all aspects of the move to ensure minimal disruption to employees and operations. This includes the physical move of all items in the notes, and the move will occur by floor from Early 2026 through September 2026.
• The contract duration is 365 calendar days from the Date of Award.
• The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order.
• The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this effort is 484210 – Used Household and Office Goods Moving.
• The acquisition will be advertised as full and open competition.
• The contract award will be based on Best Value to the Government.
