Design and Building Services for New Fire Station 20

The Cobb County Government is seeking a qualified firm to design and build a new fire station. The project includes the completion and review of all final design and permit documents, site preparation, demolition, and renovation. The successful proposer will be required to provide a comprehensive outline of the steps to meet the services required in the RFP, including design and pre-construction phase, construction phase, and warranty phase. The proposer must also provide a proposed organizational chart, resumes of key team members, and a list of other commitments by the design/builder and its architects, engineers, and other key team members.
