Renovations and Modifications of Restrooms/Press box/Concession Stand

The White County Board of Education is seeking a Construction Professional (CP) to provide preconstruction and construction services for the renovation and modification of restrooms, press box, and concession stand at Warrior Stadium on the campus of White County High School. The project includes renovations and modifications such as roof, HVAC, flooring, and upgrades. The CP will be responsible for pricing, value engineering, and maintainability and constructability issues during preconstruction.
