Renovate Base Chapel

The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to renovate the Base Chapel at Mountain Home Air Force Base in Idaho. The project includes the installation of a new fire suppression system, demolition and disposal of a masonry wall, provision of a concrete landing with ABA compliant metal railings, disposal of the existing composite roof and replacement with a new metal roof, and replacement of various windows, doors, and floor coverings. The contractor will be required to provide a design-build fire suppression system, remove and dispose of hazardous materials, and perform other tasks as specified in the statement of work. The project is expected to last 550 calendar days (18 months).
