Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to acquire the Lattice MediCopia System with Zebra Printers and Support for the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System. The system will be used to enhance patient safety by reducing identification errors, streamlining workflows, and ensuring compliance with data security standards. The contract includes the purchase of 82 ZQ610-HC Mobile Printers and 21 HC50 Handheld Computers, as well as implementation and project management services.

• The Zebra ZQ610-HC Mobile Printer is a high-performance, portable printing solution specifically designed for healthcare environments.
• The system supports compliance with Joint Commission standards by enhancing the accuracy and safety of clinical workflows.
• The contract includes a period of performance of 90 days and requires the contractor to provide a manual for the Zebra HC50 Handheld Computer System and Zebra ZQ610-HC Mobile Printer.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing implementation and project management services, including training and customer support.
