Description
The State of Tennessee is seeking a qualified contractor to fully renovate and repair the restaurant facility at Cove Lake State Park. The work includes demolition of existing exterior elements, installation of new fencing, gates, gutters, awnings, concrete patio, handrails, storefront doors, and lighting, as well as stucco repair, pressure washing, caulking, and painting with specified Sherwin‑Williams colors. All labor, materials, equipment, and supplies must be provided and the work completed on‑site within 90 days of contract award.
• Demolition and removal of existing fence, gates, doors, gutters, awnings, decking, and related components.
• Installation of new metal fence & gate, K‑style gutters with guards, metal awning, tempered‑glass storefront doors, concrete patio, livestock‑panel handrail, and two post‑mount light fixtures.
• Finish work including stucco repair, pressure washing, re‑caulking, and two‑coat painting of structure, stone wall, trim, and shutters using specified paint colors.
