Description
The Bay City Public Schools is seeking bids for the 2020 Bond Series 4 - Phase 5 Handy MS Restroom Renovations project. The project involves renovations to the restrooms at Handy MS. The bid documents are available through Wolgast Corporation, and a pre-bid meeting and project walk-through are scheduled for Monday, February 16, 2026, at 9:00 AM. Bidders must provide a bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid and must comply with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities, irregularities, and/or errors in the bid proposals.
