Description
The project involves the maintenance and preservation of environmental assets, including landscape planting beds, individual trees, turf areas, stream sites, and wetlands within MDOT facilities and right-of-ways. The work will consist of management of landscape areas, turf areas, tree installation, and additional maintenance activities. The project is located in Cecil, Kent, and Queen Anne’s Counties, and the bid opening is scheduled for August 20, 2026.
• Management of landscape areas, including pruning, weed control, and litter removal
• Management of turf areas, including mowing, trimming, and litter removal
• Tree, shrub, perennial, bulb, and turfgrass sod installation and establishment
• Additional maintenance and preservation activities, including mulching, herbicide application, and insecticide application
