The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking data telecommunications services for various State locations. The services will provide connectivity to State data aggregation facilities. Master Contractors are invited to submit proposals for this Purchase Order Request for Proposal (PORFP). The selected contractor will be required to provide services for a period of 2 years. The proposal should include a brief description of the services, an updated on-net list, a timeline for installation, and a list of assumptions that impact installation and delivery. • The services provided should meet or exceed the technical requirements described in the Data Telecommunications Services Master Contract. • The contractor should furnish key personnel within 30 days of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. • The contractor should maintain end-to-end network availability at a 99.7% uptime for each installed circuit. • The contractor should provide maintenance support to the locations specified in the PORFP on a 24x7x365 basis.
