6515--Obturati units

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking information on and sources capable of providing Obturati units (Root Canal) for the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. The required units must be essential for preventing reinfection for root canal therapy, accommodate the structure of the root canal system, and have non-toxic materials. Responders are encouraged to provide information about their company's capabilities, size status, and pricing. The VA will use the responses to make acquisition decisions and may issue further RFIs or solicitations. Some key points to consider are: • The required units must be compatible with the Elements IC Dual Obturation System (Endodontic). • The units must have materials that are non-toxic, easily retrievable, and radiopaque for diagnostic purposes. • The units must be effective in sealing and preventing leakage. • Responders must provide information about their company's size status and representations, such as Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB). • Responders must indicate if they are the manufacturer, authorized distributor, or can provide a solution to the required supplies/services.
