Description
The State of Hawaii, Department of Law Enforcement, is seeking quotes from responsible vendors for the provision of custom holographic identification card laminates and blank identification card laminates. The laminates must be compatible with the department's existing Swiftpro 300LE K30D printer and Swiftpro L10 Simplex Laminator. The scope of work includes three items: two different versions of holographic custom overlays and one clear overlay. The overlays are to be 0.06 mil thickness and priced inclusive of all design work, set up fees, production of proofs, and shipping.
• The department requires vendors to provide goods as described in the scope of work within the period quoted in their bid.
• Vendors must adhere to their contract with the state, provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to meet the RFQ requirements, and ensure they are current with all payments and registration fees.
• The state reserves the right to unlimited, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive licenses to use, modify, reproduce, perform, release, display, create derivative works from, and disclose the work product.
• A warranty of thirty-six months from delivery of the laminate overlays is required.
• Vendors must be compliant with all laws governing entities doing business in the state, including chapters 237, 383, 386, 392, 393, and section 103D-310(c).
