Budget estimate

$15,000 – $20,000

The solicitation caps total funding at $20,000, with $10,000 available immediately and another $10,000 contingent on future budget approval. Assuming the contractor can meet the scope within that ceiling, the expected earnings will fall between the guaranteed $10,000 and the potential $20,000, depending on whether the second tranche is released. Hence a realistic budget range is roughly $15,000 – $20,000, factoring in possible cost‑reimbursement offsets.
