JJHCS DePuy Synthes Mitek Request For Information

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support is seeking sources capable of providing Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems (JJHCS) DePuy Synthes Mitek Surgical and Early Intervention Orthopedic "Procedural Packages". The vendor must be capable of supplying these "procedural packages" including the implants, instrumentation sets, and ancillary accessories that are necessary for the physician to perform orthopedic surgery. All products must be Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved. The products that make up the "procedural sets" must be delivered Just-In-Time (JIT), Direct Vendor Delivery (DVD), and Consignment. • The products must be FDA approved. • The vendor must be capable of supplying the "procedural packages" including implants, instrumentation sets, and ancillary accessories. • The products must be delivered Just-In-Time (JIT), Direct Vendor Delivery (DVD), and Consignment. • Technical support is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
