Fleet Hydraulic Repairs and Parts

El Paso County is soliciting responses from qualified, experienced Vendors to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete phases of Fleet Hydraulic Repairs and Parts. The successful Vendor shall be considered and shall remain an independent Vendor throughout the term of any contract awarded pursuant to this Solicitation. The Vendor shall provide maintenance, repair, and service for the County’s snowplow angle cylinders, Rexroth variable piston hydraulic pumps, Char-Lynn sander motors, various hydraulic cylinders, PTOs, and gear pumps on Muncie and Chelsea units, and similar components. Services include regular preventive maintenance, repair, and installation of replacement parts. • The Vendor shall have a proven history of supplying OEM-quality parts and compliant replacement parts and materials. • The Vendor shall possess a minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in providing maintenance and repair services for snowplow angle cylinders, Rexroth variable piston hydraulic pumps, Char-Lynn sander motors, various hydraulic cylinders, PTOs, gear pumps on Muncie and Chelsea units, and similar components. • The Vendor shall provide documentation detailing their understanding and past experience in providing the services listed in the Scope of Work of this solicitation. • The Vendor shall detail their company and key personnel’s relevant experience and qualifications. • The Vendor shall detail their ability and facility capabilities in providing the services listed in the Scope of Work in this solicitation.
