The Cherokee Nation Housing Authority is seeking a qualified contractor to fully renovate a single residential home in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma. The scope encompasses a complete interior and exterior refurbishment, including demolition, replacement, and installation of appliances, cabinetry, trim, doors, windows, drywall, flooring, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, gutters, and site cleanup.
