RFQ – Redevelopment Counsel

The Township of Mantua is seeking a New Jersey‑licensed attorney or law firm to serve as Redevelopment Counsel for affordable‑housing and redevelopment matters. The counsel will provide general legal representation, legislative support, litigation, and representation before state redevelopment agencies on an as‑needed basis for a one‑year term, renewable after an annual performance review. Proposers must submit two signed copies of a complete proposal package that includes extensive compliance documentation (non‑collusion affidavit, stockholder disclosure, insurance proof, financial disclosures, equal‑employment statements, etc.) and a detailed cost schedule with hourly rates and expense line items.
