Key West Air Compressor Maintenance and Repair

The US Army Special Operations Command is seeking information from industry sources capable of providing maintenance and repair services for four Bauer Air Compressors and two Seccant Filtration systems at the Special Forces Underwater Operations Schoolhouse in Key West, Florida. The selected contractor will be responsible for performing planned maintenance, including air purity tests, compressor efficiency tests, and synthetic oil changes, as well as unplanned repairs. The contractor must be an authorized and active Bauer service provider and distributor, and must have experience working on similar equipment. • The contract will be for a base year of 12 months, with four 12-month option years. • The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, and services necessary to perform the work. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable safety and health regulations, and to provide a safe working environment for all employees. • The contractor will be required to provide written certification that it is an authorized and active Bauer service provider and distributor, and is NAVSEA certified. • The contractor will be required to ensure all personnel performing inspections, services, and repairs are licensed and certified to work on Bauer equipment and Seccant systems.
