The contractor must provide all labor, machinery, tools, materials, and insurance required for the demolition, removal of debris, and site restoration. The pole barn is approximately 3,000 sq ft and has a concrete slab, partial block wall, sheet metal walls and roof, steel trusses, and various debris. The City is requesting two quotes: one with the concrete slab removed and one with the slab left in place. • The contractor must meet insurance requirements, including workers' compensation and liability insurance. • The contractor must provide three references from jobs performed within the last two years. • Demolition activity is allowed between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday through Saturday. • The contractor must register with the City before responding to the quote. • The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions.
