Description
The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking quotations from small‑business manufacturers to design, build, and deliver a next‑generation Special Purpose Craft (SPC‑IRT II) capable of ice‑rescue and transport operations in the Great Lakes region. The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a three‑year performance period (Sept 2026‑Sept 2029). The contract is set‑aside for total small‑business participation and will be awarded without discussions, based primarily on mission‑effectiveness (technical) criteria and price.
