LHA-7 No.6 SSDG Engine A5 Cylinder Liner; replace, Access Cover Flange Connection of SSDG No. 5 Exhaust Spark Arrester Silencer, repair

The United States Navy is soliciting proposals for the replacement of the LHA-7 No.6 SSDG Engine A5 Cylinder Liner and the repair of the Access Cover Flange Connection of SSDG No. 5 Exhaust Spark Arrester Silencer on the USS TRIPOLI (LHA-7). The work is scheduled to be performed at Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan. To be eligible for award, offerors must possess a current Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) in the applicable region certified by NAVSUP FLC and have an active registration in the System for Awards Management (SAM.gov). • The solicitation is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan. • The offeror must provide all information required by the solicitation no later than 23 JUL 2026 at 10:00AM Japan Standard Time (JST). • The work specification package can be accessed through DoD SAFE, and offerors must request access by sending an email to [email protected]. • The period of performance is from 17 AUG 2026 to 30 NOV 2026.
