Highland Shores Boulevard Reconstruction Project

The City of Highland Village, Texas is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors to reconstruct a segment of Highland Shores Boulevard, extending from Twin Cove Drive/Hillside Drive to approximately 200 feet west of Lake Cove. The project will be executed under plans and specifications prepared by Schaumburg & Polk, Inc. Bidders must submit a sealed bid package, a 5% bid bond (or cash equivalent), and provide required insurance and performance bonds. Hard‑copy bid documents are available for a $100 fee; electronic copies are free. The contract will require a performance bond, labor and material payment bond, and a maintenance bond each equal to 100% of the contract amount.
