Palm Beach County is seeking a vendor to provide a 3-phase pad mount transformer for purchase and delivery. The transformer should meet all ANSI, NFPA, and federal and state requirements. The vendor must ensure that all products meet state and federal safety regulations and provide a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for any toxic substances. The vendor must also comply with the County's Commercial Nondiscrimination Policy and provide equal opportunity for subcontractors, subconsultants, vendors, and suppliers to participate in all public sector and private sector subcontracting and supply opportunities. • The vendor must provide a quote that includes all costs, including shipping, handling, and delivery. • The vendor must certify that it has implemented a drug-free workplace program. • The vendor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The vendor must provide a copy of all applicable Certificates of Competency or Licenses issued by the State of Florida or the Palm Beach County Construction Industry Licensing Board. • The vendor must maintain a current Local Business Tax Receipt (Occupational License) for Palm Beach County and all permits required to complete the contractual service at no additional cost to Palm Beach County.
