Shales Parkway - Various East Side Streets Resurfacing Project

The City of Elgin is seeking bids for the Shales Parkway - Various East Side Streets Resurfacing Project. The project involves furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and other necessary items for the completion of approximately 18,750 linear feet of street resurfacing, including hot-mix asphalt patching, milling, binder course, and surface course, as well as concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement, sidewalk removal and replacement, and pavement markings. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance and payment bond equal to 100% of the total contract price and pay prevailing wage.
