Description
The City of Decatur is seeking a design-build firm to provide services for the Glenlake Tennis Courts Maintenance/Repair Project. The project includes the removal of 5 existing tennis courts and appurtenances, soil proof-rolling, GAB and asphalt installation, collegiate quality tennis court surface, nets, appurtenances, fencing, and re-installation of salvaged lights. Additional scope includes perforated French drain systems, concrete walk, and landscaping. The design-build firm will be responsible for design, engineering, preconstruction services, cost evaluation, schedule development, and construction of the project.
• The project has a budget of $500,000.
• The project is expected to start in August 2026 and be substantially completed by December 2026.
• The City of Decatur is seeking a firm with experience in design-build projects, particularly those similar in scope and size.
• The firm must comply with all applicable regulations of the City of Decatur and the State of Georgia.
• The firm must provide a detailed proposal, including a technical proposal and a fee proposal.
