RESTROOM RENOVATIONS OCWA BID NO. B-2026

Sealed, separate Bids for the construction of the Restroom Renovations Project will be received byOnondaga County Water Authority (OCWA), Physical Address: 200 Northern Concourse, Syracuse,New York, 13212 (Mailing Address: P.O. Box 4949, Syracuse, New York, 13221-4949) until 2:00 P.M.local time on March 19, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be opened and read during a livevirtual meeting. Details of the live virtual meeting are within the Bidding documents. Bids received afterthe specified time will not be considered. The Project consists of renovations to the Women’s shower, locker and restroom room area includingdemolition of existing walls, floors, ceilings, shower plumbing fixtures, and drain with temporary ofdust/debris to adjacent occupied spaces, asbestos abatement; and construction of new walls, floors,ceilings, lighting, plumbing fixtures, drainage, ventilation, exhaust fan, lockers/accessories andappurtenances, as described in the Contract Documents.Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis asindicated on the Bid Form.The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Onondaga County Water Authority, 200 NorthernConcourse, Syracuse, New York, 13221. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents atthe Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., and mayobtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Due to thepandemic, OCWA offices may be closed. Check the current status on their website before visiting.Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, Barton & Loguidice, D.P.C., byproviding contact information to [email protected]. Following registration,complete sets of Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the Issuing Office’s website as“zipped” portable document format (PDF) files. The date that the Bidding Documents aredownloaded will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. General Municipal Law 5A-103-b. This Project is a “Covered Project” under New York State Labor law.Purchases made by OCWA are not subject to any Federal, State or local sales tax. Bidders shall notinclude in their bid sales and compensating use taxes on the cost of materials.
