Multi-Family Window Replacement

The City of Phoenix is seeking a contractor to provide multi-family window replacement services. The contractor will be responsible for removing existing window assemblies and installing new units, while maintaining building weathertightness and protecting adjacent historic materials. The contractor must comply with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation and participate in the City of Phoenix Historic Preservation Office review process. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible offeror who demonstrates the ability to perform the work in an acceptable manner. Key considerations include technical capability, availability of manpower and equipment, safety record, and offeror history. • The contractor must provide and install new aluminum window systems in all existing window openings. • The contractor must comply with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation. • The contractor must participate in the City of Phoenix Historic Preservation Office review process. • The contractor must provide insurance coverage with limits of liability not less than those stated in the contract. • The contractor must submit a signed Offer Page, Conflict of Interest and Transparency form, and other mandatory forms requiring signature.
