Description
The DLA Maritime - Puget Sound, Contracting Division (DLA-PME) is soliciting quotes for a TRANS FLUID COOLER. Bidders must complete and return the solicitation packet by the closing date to be considered. The solicitation packet must include the completed box 17A, read box 28, and signed page 1 boxes 30 a, b, and c. Bidders must also provide their cage code, quote FOB Destination Bremerton, WA, annotate the lead time, and provide the name of the manufacturer and the product's country of manufacturing.
• The solicitation is for a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) item.
• The contractor must have a current assessment as detailed in DFARS 252.204-7019, unless the item is exempt from NIST SP 800-171 requirement.
• The offer must be submitted via email or fax, and the bidder must acknowledge receipt of any amendments to the solicitation.
• The solicitation is amended to extend the offer due date from 29 Jun 2026 to 17 Jul 2026.
