The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is soliciting proposals for a lease of approximately 17,350 to 17,400 square feet of existing real property in Homestead, Florida, to be used as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). The leased space must be on a single floor, have first-floor access, and provide on-site parking for approximately 150 vehicles, with a minimum of 8 dedicated to handicapped parking spaces. The facility must be in a suitable location for a clinical or administrative facility and meet various requirements, including those related to building codes, accessibility, and telecommunications.
