Roswell Independent School District is seeking a sole‑source provider to deliver a comprehensive, trauma‑informed mentoring and life‑skills program for at‑risk youth. The contractor will be responsible for delivering weekly mentoring sessions, conflict‑resolution training, life‑skills education, and family engagement support throughout a twelve‑month period. The work is focused on preventing at‑risk behavior and building resilience among students in the Roswell community.
• Provide weekly, in‑person mentoring for at‑risk youth (12 months total).
• Deliver conflict‑resolution and communication‑skill training modules.
• Offer life‑skills education and parent/family support services.
• Utilize proprietary, trauma‑informed tools tailored to New Mexico youth.
• All services must be performed by the contractor, Wings FOR LIFE, under a $75,000 contract.
