Description
The U.S. Embassy in Bogotá is seeking a qualified contractor to modernize four restrooms within the chancery building. The work includes demolition, installation of new Superboard walls, replacement of ceiling tiles, new institutional‑grade porcelain tile flooring and wall tile, installation of granite countertops, phenolic stall partitions, indirect LED lighting, plumbing fixtures, and associated safety and quality‑control documentation. The contractor must adhere to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers EM‑385‑1‑1 safety standards and Colombian industrial‑safety regulations, submit risk‑assessment and equipment certifications at least eight working days before work commencement, and complete the project within 54 calendar days.
