Description
The City of Cornelia is seeking bids for the Cornelia 2026 Paving project, which involves paving approximately 5,000 LF of asphalt roadway, including road base replacement, milling, backfilling, striping, and all appurtenances necessary for a complete installation. The project also includes approximately 920 LF of sidewalk and curb and gutter. The work must be completed within 90 calendar days.
• The project is funded by LMIG (Local Maintenance and Improvement Grant) and local funds.
• Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN.com.
• A bid bond or certified cashier’s check in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid is required.
• Performance and Payment Bonds, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price, shall be required of the successful bidder if contract is awarded.
