NOI to Sole Source for NVG Repair

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is issuing a notice of intent to negotiate a one-time, sole source contract with L3 Harris Technologies, INC. for the repair of previously acquired night vision goggles (NVG). The NVGs were previously purchased and are produced by L3 Technologies, which is the only company capable of performing the repairs. Interested parties may submit their interests and/or capabilities statement to the contact person via email. • The contract is for a one-time, firm fixed price repair of night vision goggles. • The NVGs were previously purchased and are produced by L3 Technologies. • L3 Technologies is the only company capable of performing the repairs. • The government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
