Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids from interested parties for the rehabilitation of one home located in Cherokee County. The work includes repairs such as appliances, carpentry, drywall and finish, electrical, HVAC, paint and finish, and plumbing. The job must be completed in 15 working days, and the successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO. The bidder must also provide proof of TERO certification to receive preference.
• The bidder must fully complete the Mandatory Bid Response sheet and the Work Write Up.
• The bidder must comply with the Davis-Bacon Wage Rate #OK20260005.
• The bidder must provide insurance certificates, including Worker’s Compensation, General Liability, and Automobile Coverage.
• The bidder must warranty their work against faulty materials or workmanship for a period of one year.
