Highlander Way Middle School Remodel

The Highlander Way Middle School Remodel project involves remodeling the existing 174,000 square foot building area, including demolition through the middle of the two-story building to construct an open clearstory in the middle of the building. The project requires firm prime contractor bids for labor, materials, equipment, and all other services. The bid documents consist of plans and specifications prepared by Kingscott Associates and front-end documents prepared by AUCH Construction. • The project is located at 511 N. Highlander Way, Howell, MI 48843. • A pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, April 27th, 2026, at 3:00 PM. • Bids must be submitted electronically via Precon Suite or as hard copy sealed bids by Thursday, May 14th, 2026, at 12:00 PM (EST). • The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of their bid.
