2024 Kerry, Quintana & Ridgemoor Water, Wastewater & Drainage Improvements

The City of Garland is seeking bids for the Kerry, Quintana, & Ridgemoor Water, Wastewater & Drainage Improvements project. The project includes the replacement of water and wastewater lines, as well as drainage improvements, on Kerry Lane, Quintana Drive, and Ridgemoor Drive. The project is expected to take approximately 24 months to complete. The city is seeking a qualified contractor to perform the work, which includes excavation, pipe installation, and restoration of the affected areas. • The project requires the replacement of approximately 0.57 miles of water line and 0.53 miles of wastewater line. • The project also includes the installation of new manholes, valves, and other appurtenances. • The contractor will be responsible for maintaining traffic control and ensuring pedestrian safety during the project. • The city will provide engineering services and inspections to ensure the project is completed in accordance with the plans and specifications.
