Description
The project involves replacing glass at the Cleveland County Election Board located at 631 E. Robinson, Norman, OK 73071. This project is funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and will be required to follow ARPA guidelines. The contractor will be responsible for complying with various federal regulations, including those related to equal opportunity, suspension and debarment, and access to records.
• The project requires compliance with Executive Order 11246, "Equal Employment Opportunity," as amended by EO 11375.
• The contractor must comply with 2 CFR pt. 180, subpart C and 2 CFR pt. 3000, subpart C.
• The contractor must provide access to records and permit audits and examinations.
• The contractor must comply with the Clean Air Act and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act.
• The contractor must report each violation of the Clean Air Act and the Water Pollution Control Act.
