SWR - Operations Center North End Paving

This contract is for the paving of the Operations Center North End at the Snohomish County PUD. The project consists of a 3” grind and pavement overlay of approximately 48,000-square feet of paved area. The contractor will also be responsible for achieving appropriate pavement grades for adequate drainage. The engineer's estimate for this project is $165,000.00. Key aspects of the project include: • The project is dependent on weather conditions in October 2022 • The contractor must be on the District's Small Works Roster and prequalified for Category: "Asphalt Paving" • Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Public Purchase website • The project may be cancelled and rebid in Spring 2023 if not completed by October 31, 2022
