GGC Task Order Contractor Services

The Georgia Gwinnett College is seeking Task Order Contractor Services for certain small construction projects. The contract will be awarded to one or more qualified suppliers who will be eligible to participate in future contracts from the State Entity. The contract will have an indefinite amount of "as needed" construction orders named "Task Orders." The maximum of Task Order Agreements issued, including Change Orders, shall not exceed the guidelines for this contract. The intent is to issue a minimum of three separate contracts for Task Order Contracting. • The contract is for Task Order Contractor Services for small construction projects at Georgia Gwinnett College. • The contract will be awarded to one or more qualified suppliers. • The contract will have an indefinite amount of "as needed" construction orders. • The maximum of Task Order Agreements issued, including Change Orders, shall not exceed the guidelines for this contract. • The intent is to issue a minimum of three separate contracts for Task Order Contracting. • The contract requires the supplier to provide documentation of having experience working for a university in an urban setting. • The contract requires the supplier to have a State of Georgia, General Contractor’s license. • The contract requires the supplier to provide information documenting compliance with federal and state work authorization and immigration laws.
