Description
This contract concerns the demolition and site‑clearance of a damaged wood‑frame structure located at 475 Ridge Road East, Mobile, AL. The contractor must perform wet demolition, cap and disconnect utilities, remove all debris, manage lead‑based paint and asbestos in compliance with NESHAP, install and maintain erosion‑control BMPs, and restore the site through seeding and temporary stabilization. All work must be completed within 15 calendar days of receiving a Notice to Proceed, with a $250 per day charge for any overrun beyond the substantial‑completion date. The city requires proof of E‑Verify enrollment, a current business license, appropriate insurance, and submission of AIA G702/G703 payment documents.
