Description
This contract awards the demolition of a nuisance property located at 5612 Racine Avenue, Mobile, AL. The City of Mobile’s Municipal Enforcement Department required a wet‑demolition approach, full utility disconnections and caps, comprehensive site cleanup, erosion‑control BMPs, lead‑based paint and asbestos handling, and permanent site stabilization.
