This contract provides the City of Worcester with comprehensive guardrail repair, assembly, installation, and fabrication services city‑wide, covering both steel and wooden guardrail types. The awardee must supply all labor, materials, equipment, and comply with prevailing‑wage, safety‑training, M/WBE participation, and environmental requirements. Each individual job is capped at $10,000, and the contractor must respond to emergency service calls within four hours.
