2018 Slurry Seal

The City of Richland is seeking bids for the 2018 Slurry Seal Project, which includes the construction of Type 2 and Type 3 emulsified asphalt slurry, traffic control, and other incidental work. The project is estimated to cost around $461,680.43 to $585,271.34, depending on the bidder. The bid documents and plans are available for download, and the bids will be opened publicly on March 12, 2018. • The project includes the construction of approximately 256,000 square yards of slurry seal. • The bid price includes all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the project. • The City of Richland reserves the right to reject any and all bids. • The project is subject to the terms and conditions of the bid documents and plans.
