2016 Slurry Seal with Microsurfacing

The City of Richland is soliciting bids for the 2016 Slurry Seal with Microsurfacing project. The project includes the construction of Type 2 emulsified asphalt slurry and Microsurfacing, Type 3, as well as traffic control, pavement marking removal, and other incidental work. The project is estimated to cost $270,000.
