Description
The Town of Vienna is seeking a qualified firm to create architectural drawings for the renovation of the first floor of Town Hall. The scope of services includes producing construction documents, a construction cost estimate, applying for required permits, assisting in bidding and contract award, and providing construction administration. The contract will cover a period of two years from the date of award, with the possibility of renewal for an additional year.
