C-101931 RFP 8-25 Cummins Engine Diagnostic and Repairs

The City of Vancouver has entered into a services agreement with Gordon Truck Centers (DBA: Western Star Northwest) for the provision of Cummins engine diagnostic and repair services. The contract has a term of 5 years, starting from April 1, 2025, and ending on March 31, 2030. The vendor will provide repair services to Cummins engines and Vancouver Fire Department fire apparatus at a City of Vancouver designated site within a 24-72 hour time frame. The contract includes a fee schedule, which is attached as Exhibit "B". The vendor is required to maintain liability insurance and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The contract also includes provisions for termination, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
