DUCTILE IRON CULVERT PIPE

This contract is for the furnishing and delivery of ductile iron culvert pipe to the County of Ocean. The contract was awarded to Brent Material Company and Ferguson Waterworks, who were the lowest qualified bidders. The contract period is from April 3, 2024, to April 2, 2025. The County reserves the right to extend the term of the contract. The contract includes the following items: 8" ductile iron culvert pipe, 10" ductile iron culvert pipe, 12" ductile iron culvert pipe, 14" ductile iron culvert pipe, 16" ductile iron culvert pipe, 18" ductile iron culvert pipe, 24" ductile iron culvert pipe, and 36" ductile iron culvert pipe. • The contract includes a price table with unit costs and total costs for each item. • The contract requires the vendors to deliver the materials upon receipt of a purchase order issued by the Ocean County Department of Purchase. • The contract requires the vendors to submit vouchers for payment, which will be made upon approval by the Board of Commissioners. • The contract includes a provision for the County to extend the term of the contract pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-15.
