Description
The contract is for custodial services at the TSTC New Braunfels campus. The awarded vendor, On the Go Janitorial Service, will provide a crew of qualified personnel to supply services on an "as needed basis". The contract is for 2 years with an option to renew for 3 additional 1-year periods. Key points of the contract include:
• The vendor must demonstrate a high level of customer service and after-sale care.
• Proposals were evaluated on criteria such as price, product availability, responsiveness to terms and conditions, ability to meet specifications, and references.
• TSTC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to negotiate with contractors.
• A mandatory pre-bid conference was held on September 11th, 2023, at 11:00 am CST.
• The contract includes a scope of work that can be found in the "Buyer Attachments" tab.
• The vendor is required to make a good faith effort to achieve the State of Texas's HUB expenditure goals.
